Big News! the smallest steps is coming to Hamilton, Ontario!

On Monday, May 15, 2023, we invite you to join us at CityLAB Hamilton. With doors opening at 12:30pm and a networking session following the screening, this will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about anti-violence activism, and connect with local anti-violence organizations to find out how YOU can contribute to change in Hamilton!

This event is taking place on the traditional territories of the Erie, Neutral, Huron-Wendat, Haudenosaunee and Mississaugas. Learn more about the land and the Indigenous Peoples who have been its stewards since time immemorial.

  • Enjoy light food and refreshments
  • Meet representatives from 14 different Hamilton anti-violence organizations and find out where you can help create change!
  • Contribute your ideas to our ‘Activism Actions’ wall

Content Warning: This event is intended for mature audiences. While the focus of the smallest steps is on activism, the film does include references to femicide as well as physical, mental, and sexual abuse.

*Please note, media and photography may be present at the reception. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please approach an organizer at the event.
